If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return of unused and unopened products within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, Sunrise Batter will process a full refund, excluding the original shipping charges, as these are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable RBI guidelines, notifications, and regulations, and may take 7–14 additional business days to reflect in your original payment method.

Returns & Refunds:
Unopened and unused packs are eligible for return. We will arrange a pickup and initiate a full refund after verification.

Opened Packs:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns or refunds are not permitted once a product has been opened.

Damaged or Tampered Products:
If your order is delivered in a damaged or tampered condition, please share clear photographs of the product via email or WhatsApp. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
